Finding Every Neomuna Region Chest in Destiny 2: Lightfall – A Guardian's Guide
Master the Destiny 2 Lightfall Neomuna region chest hunt with detailed Zephyr Concourse, Ahimsa Park, and Liming Harbor locations.
Back when Lightfall dropped in 2023, I remember racing through the neon-drenched streets of Neomuna on my Sparrow, desperate to track down every hidden regional chest. Even here in 2026, those same golden boxes still sit waiting for new Guardians – and for veterans chasing that last bit of Nimbus reputation or those elusive red border quest steps. Collecting all nine region chests across Zephyr Concourse, Ahimsa Park, and Liming Harbor is a rite of passage, and while most of them can be spotted with a sharp eye, a few are so well concealed that you'll swear the architects of Neomuna had a personal vendetta against completionists.
Let me walk you through exactly where to find each chest, using the same routes I've taken dozens of times. I'll give you precise landmarks, tell you when Strand or a good old-fashioned jumping puzzle is required, and point out the little details that make each locational puzzle a joy to solve.

Zephyr Concourse Chest Locations
Zephyr Concourse is the central hub where you first enter Neomuna proper. The area is a vertical playground of glass awnings, neon signs, and open-air platforms. All three chests here demand a blend of exploration and platforming. I've grabbed them more times than I can count, and I still occasionally stop to admire the view from the rooftops.
Chest #1: The Northern Rooftop

Coming into Zephyr Concourse from Strider's Gate, I always kill my Sparrow immediately at the first building on my left. Enter the ground floor and take the stairs or climb up to the second-story balcony. From that balcony, you'll see a sloped glass platform protruding outward. Jump onto the glass – it has just enough grip for your boots – then spin around and make a short hop onto the building's roof. The chest sits there, quietly waiting. No enemies, no traps, just a simple vertical puzzle that sets the tone for the entire Neomuna treasure hunt.
Chest #2: The Gym Vent

This one is my favourite just because of how mundane the hiding spot feels. Head to the northeast edge of Zephyr Concourse. Down on the lower walkways, you'll notice large glass panels displaying various interior decorations – fake living rooms, a small library, and yes, a gym. Look for the room filled with gym equipment. There's a gap in the glass panel right there, and slipping inside puts you in a tiny workout space. Look up, and you'll spot a vent entrance. Crouch through the ventilation system, follow the only path, and you'll emerge right beside the region chest. It's one of those moments where you can't help but smile at the level designers' creativity.
Chest #3: The Entertainment Center Perch

Make your way to the southeast corner of Zephyr Concourse. Look for the entertainment center – a massive complex glowing with holographic advertisements. Attached to the edge of the adjacent skyscraper, you'll see a series of sloped glass platforms defying gravity. Jump down onto the lowest one. The chest rests on that platform, with a dizzying drop below as a reminder that Guardians really don't fear heights. If you miss the jump, you can always grapple back up with Strand, but even without it, the descent is manageable.
Ahimsa Park Chest Locations
Ahimsa Park is dominated by a crashed Pyramid ship and churning clouds of Darkness. The contrast between the pristine neon gardens and the invasive Pyramid architecture makes exploring here feel urgent. All three chests are tied to the Pyramid or the park's southern structures.

Chest #4: The Hidden Shoreline Cave

From the Pyramid ship in the northeast corner of Ahimsa Park, I like to jump off the northern edge. Instead of plummeting to my death, I land on a hidden shoreline that runs along the map border. Follow that narrow beach away from the Pyramid, and you'll find a small cave tucked under the overhang. The region chest is inside, guarded by nothing but the quiet lapping of digital waves. This spot feels incredibly secret; I've led fireteam members here who had no idea a whole shoreline existed.
Chest #5: The Sand Gap Near the Ship

Still near the Pyramid, head to the southern end where the ship meets the angular slabs of diamond sand. There's a small gap where the geometry doesn't quite align – a seam in the environment. Drop down through that gap, and you'll land right next to the chest. The first time I found this, I was simply curious about the collision mismatch and ended up earning a gold reward for my curiosity.
Chest #6: The Southern Skyscraper Edge

Travel to the southernmost point of Ahimsa Park, where the gardens butt up against towering buildings. Look for the chest perched on the very edge of a high-rise. A well-placed Strand grapple makes this trivial – just swing across and collect your prize. Back before I unlocked Strand, I'd scale the adjacent wall using class abilities and sheer patience. Either method works, and the panoramic view from that ledge is one of the best in the destination.
Liming Harbor Chest Locations
Liming Harbor is an industrial district with massive cooling fans, cargo containers, and vertical stacks. The chests here reward those who look up and who aren't afraid to climb.

Chest #7: The Pipe Climb at Spawn

Right in the heart of Liming Harbor sits a large, multi-story building. Enter it and immediately look for the pipe works. Climb up the vertical pipes until you reach a horizontal one near the ceiling. The chest sits atop that pipe, tucked away from casual sight. It's a simple climb, but the interior lighting can make the route confusing the first time. I've missed this one so often I now make a beeline for the pipes the moment I load in.
Chest #8: The Western Platforms
On the far western side of Liming Harbor, a series of floating platforms juts out over the water. Follow them like a breadcrumb trail. The path ends at a small platform that holds the chest, suspended between sea and sky. No tricky jumps, no hidden entrances – just a pleasant stroll that feels like a secret garden path.
Chest #9: Through the Giant Fan
The northern end of Liming Harbor is dominated by an enormous rotating fan. You need to get inside the fan housing to claim the chest. I use my Strand grapple to swing through the gaps, but Stasis crystals can also create a bridge. If you're feeling brave, a perfectly timed jump while the fan blades pass works too – though I've faceplanted into the fan more times than I care to admit. Once inside, the chest sits on a stationary platform, your reward for braving the industrial hazard.
Collecting all nine region chests rewards you with a hefty chunk of reputation for Nimbus and progresses any red border or quest steps that demand chest openings. Even in 2026, with episodes and new activities layered on top of Lightfall, these chests remain a foundational part of the Neomuna experience. Next time you're in the city, pick a lane, and start climbing. The golden glow of a region chest never gets old.
